I had a friend who sold in 2018 who recommended a few agents from a certain agency to use (that I didn't want to go with), plus someone else called Allister Scott from Bresic Whitney saying "he is nice too". Well, this was clearly an understatement! Allister came to us at quite a tough time, where we really had to sell, rather than wanting to sell. We initially chose a different agent and had a horrible experience with them. People were not spoken to with respect, educated about the property, many were not even followed up and we were spoken to poorly and there was no communication and if there was it was just negative. We dropped them as agents and engaged Allister and the complete opposite happened. People came through the property and were educated, treated really well, the property was styled differently based on their advice, the photos were amazing, the property board was put in a better position, they got us into the Domain magazine as a top house to see and people just loved the experience of coming through the house.
