I first met Amanda after I had already interviewed 3 real estate agents to list my home. I had already chosen to list with a different agent before I met with Amanda. From the moment I met Amanda, I felt a connection that was absent with the other agents. She was confident, professional and courteous. Amanda was empathetic with my situation and concerns. I had listed my home for sale a year prior with a different agent, and after being on the market for more than 4 months, did not have one offer. I chose Amanda for a few reasons, mainly being; Amanda was able to use her experience to suggest little things to add appeal to the inside and outside of my home.
