!!!To Whom It May Concern!!! It is our immense pleasure to recommend Mr. Amar Thakkar a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal first home for their unique situation or any savvy investment purpose. Well, we are living in Sydney at the moment and were looking for an investment property in the Manor Lake suburb, where we can reside in near future. Our House hunting process was started from January 2016 and since then we did numbers of inspections and subsequent offers as well but never had a LUCK! until this. Every time we have been given different reasons and endless stories. It was really rough and frustrating experience! Then, fortunately we saw this listing and then journey begun. As soon as i saw this listing, called up him and had long conversation for more than an hour!!!! I felt WOW!!Amazing very straight forward, transparent and absolute professional conversation, never had before!!! Thereafter from special arrangement of inspections till the date he has rendered absolutely fantastic services!!! We found Amar to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We are pleased to recommend Amar to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever decide to do any more transaction in the Real Estate again he will be our first choice agent. Many Thanks Amar!!! Aleens S.
