He arranged the first private inspection promptly for us on weekday (it's a bit late after work hours), and provided very detailed introduction to the property, as well as neighbouring information he knew about. I have had the pleasure to work with Amit on one of my properties. Initially I had this listed with another agent and after 3 months, there were no interest and it seemed that the previous agent ran out of ideas on how to market the product and blamed it on the real estate market slowing down. Amit consulted with me on what could be done better, and convinced me that there were much better way to market and sell this product. Whilst that is not unusual, Amit worked tirelessly and an agent that hussles during market changes. Amit worked even at 8-9 in the evening showing my apartment to potential buyers and only after 2 weeks listing with Amit, we were able to get the property sold at a price I am happy with.
