There was another agent before Amit as my acting agent to sell my property, unfortunately the previous agent didn't achieve any results, there has been a lot of interested buyer but it appears my previous agent was unable to close the deal. After 2 months of poor performance from the previous agent I went to Amit for his help. I have informed Amit the property has been listed for 2 months and there has been other buyers who came and visit, so there will be a challenge for him to take on this listing. Amit was very confident to take on this challenge and immediately devised a very different marketing plan for my property, to the extend he even managed to setup a permanent sign board outside the apartment to attract foot traffic (which is very difficult to achieve for apartment building due to strata usually do not allow). Despite the challenges, he was able to sell this property within 4 weeks. what impressed me the most throughout this 4 weeks is not just he was able to close the deal, but the pro-activeness he put in communication with perspective buyers and vendor. It gave me a lot more comfort and confidence of where the progress is at. He also possess a very good market knowledge, and he is able to devise the plan to place my property at a better position in selling at the best possible price.
