My wife and I decide to sell our house about 6 weeks back. We contacted numerous realestate agents before we met with Amit Kumar and David Gennusa from Snowden Parkes. They were the first realestate agents to actually listen to what we said, they both know their business very well and demonstrated considerable market knowledge they understand the stresses and concerns of people selling homes. It was an easy choice for us to make to go with Amit and David. they not only appear professional and positive "they are". From the beginning they offered advice on how to present the house for sale and constantly told us not to stress, that was their job not ours, we had about a two week window to prepare for sale, we were helped with finding tradesmen, colour choices, and anything related to the sale of the house. Did i mention that we live beside a very busy road, (Epping Road),this never posed a problem for Amit or David in terms of the sale, they were available at all times of the day and night to discuss concerns and progress, they stayed positive at all times and were realistic in everything they offered. The team and they are a team are always happy, it is quite infectious, even when you are fed up they are positive which is fantastic. Our house sold in 8 days, we had a meeting at our house at 11PM on a Saturday night to discuss the offers we received and to show us a signed contract for sale, who else in any industry offers this level of service? for the record we sold for a lot more than we expected and a lot higher than many other houses in our area, none of which were on as busy a road. Amit and David delivered much more than the expected,and both my wife and I are more than happy to recommend Amit and david, they are the best at what they do in this area. My wife and I purchased our investment property, an apartment in the Ryde/Meadowbank area from Snowdon Parkes in September 2014 and we used the same agent to lease out the property. Our family put up the property for sale in September 2016. To use the same agent again for the sale of the property was not a certainty; we met Amit Kumar, sale consultant of Snowden Parkes in mid-September 2016 at their office at Ryde, Amit’s demonstrated track records in selling apartments within the Ryde/ Meadowbank area, sound knowledge of the local market and honest critique of the property won us over. The property was tenanted until early October 16; Amit’s advice to defer the first open inspection to mid October 16 ensured that the property being presented in the best possible manner. Amit and his team held inspections during weekdays and weekends, with multiple offers received between late October 16 and mid-November 16. We followed Amit’s advices not to accepted offers in those occasions, until the right buyers came along. In the meantime, additional rounds of leaflets being printed for letter drop in early November and again in late November 16. The professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication of Amit and his team were well felt; Amit was working tirelessly, long hours and with the best interest at heart regarding the sale of our property. In the last week of November 16, two additional offers being received that were both exceeded our expectation, with one of the offers being accepted. If we had accepted one of the previous offers some weeks prior, we would be disappointed with ourselves if we had a crystal ball in our hands. The property will settle in January 17; given our experience both my wife and I highly recommend Amit and his team if you wish to sale or to purchase a property.

He is scrupulously honest, with great negotiaton skills and fully informed me in the whole process.
