Choosing a realestate agent can be daunting. We consulted with four agents before meeting Amity. All the agents were very professional making it difficult to decide who to engage. Then we met up with Amity and she had the extra sparkle, difficult to quantify at first! She is just awesome in all aspects of the sale process taking all the stress out for all involved. It was actually a fun process. She and her team work hard and you are not kept waiting if you have questions or concerns as response time is immediate. Amity knows the market and reads and understands her clients needs. Just exceptional.

Amity is personable, tenacious, meticulously detail-orientated, and did a wonderful job with her team of presenting our home in the best possible light. Was very accommodating about our preference to sell to an owner-occupier, which we appreciated.

From the very get go, Amity was warm, engaging and professional. I didn't get the stereotypical "slimy or salesy" vibe from Amity, just someone you could easily talk to and would want to buy from. Additionally, Amity was very motivated and persistent in getting me the result I was after. Amity was able to style the home beautifully, despite having a tenant in the house. She also dealt with the logistics of having to work around the tenant. Amity's network of trades did a great job and were a lot cheaper than the other quotes I received. Amity also kept me calm when I was stressed. In the end the result was a very good one - at the very top of the estimate given, and I am happy that we got the best result we could have at that time.
