Amy is a breath of fresh air as an agent and was both professional and delightful to work with. She's incredibly passionate and enthusiastic which is always appealing upon first encounters, but then swiftly backed up with her evident knowledge and experience in the field, and a genuine desire to help people. I was very anxious about selling, but she put me at ease from the get-go. Amy listened, and got the job done. She worked hard and in the end negotiated a fantastic price. I am so happy with the outcome as I got a lot more for my house than I ever expected, and based on on what other houses in my area we're selling for, I really didn't think I'd get close the figure I did. I can only put this down to her attitude and skill. Having spoken to other agents about selling my house and receiving several other appraisals, I can honestly say, I don't believe I would have got that price from any other agent - Thank you Amy! Highly recommended.
