Andrea is a wonderful agent who gave 100% in selling my home. She knows the northern beaches so well, and her suggested pricing and sales strategy was spot on. She achieved a selling price that exceeded my expectations due to her superior negotiating skills and an honest, realistic approach to what constituted a highly satisfactory outcome. Her communication throughout the process was faultless - I was never wanting of any information and was kept informed of all actions throughout my selling journey.
