When you are considering buying or selling a property, one of your first thoughts is generally’ who are we going to trust to help us with this process?’ Most clients are looking for more than just an agent. They want a person they can relate to, communicate with, is reliable and has deep integrity. I am proud to say those are words that clients have used to describe me over the years and I like to think that those are values that make me a unique agent. I’m just as comfortable having a cup of tea and a chat as I am at an auction! My experience over the years has been diverse and has bought me from the UK to Tweed Heads and it is that experience and grounding that I believe has enabled me to adapt and embrace the often complex world of real estate. I have always lived in this area, have grown a young family here, and experienced the lifestyle, the education, the socialising .i.e. golf!! And it’s an area I have grown to love. I pride myself on the personal care I give to each and every person that I meet and the feedback I receive demonstrates that it is this time and effort that sets me apart from the crowd. Most agents have fancy flyers, offer great deals, boast about achieving high prices for the sellers and bargains for the buyers, but do they take time to really talk to you? Do they get to know you over time so they can achieve the best possible outcome for you, not just to tick another box?
