Straight up, knowledgable, local

If you’re looking for someone who actually knows this neighbourhood inside and out, Ben Gazal is your guy. He’s a local through and through, and it shows in his knowledge of the market. What I appreciated most was his straight down the line approach. There’s no fluff, no over-promising, and no typical real estate salesperson clichés. He tells it how it is, which is exactly what you need when you're making big decisions. Professional, honest, and incredibly sharp on the details. I wouldn't use anyone else if I’m selling a property in the area again.

Bilambil Heights Sale….for Crawford

This is the first time I have sold a house in 25 years, and thus I was travelling pretty blind…..I needed to, and had confidence that the folk doing the job for me, would do a good one. It will finish when the proceeds less expenses are in my bank account.

Ben was excellent in keeping us informed at all times.

Ben kept us informed at all times as to what was happening with sale of the property as we lived a major distance from the property. His negotiation skills were also very good very happy with the outcome of the sale.
