Andrew and staff are very helpful. They have helped me during action and after auction.always answers phone.
Andrew and his team had in-depth knowledge on the Blacktown market that gave them the skills to market and sell my property with an excellent outcome. Andrew gave biweekly updates of progress, inspections and the interest in the property, we had strategy meetings that gave me confidence in his ability to attract buyers and secure a favourable price for the property. It is very clear he is excellent at cultivating positive relationships on the vendor and buyer side. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of realtor!
Andrew and his team have gone above and beyond for me with the sale of my property. The team at Harcourts are very professional. I would highly recommend Andrew and him team.
The team assisted me in the buying process. Despite for being the seller's agent, Andrew, Ara and Sam were very helpful in completing the entire process. I recommend contacting them for buying and selling.
I’m still overwhelmed by the hard work Andrew Chrysanthou and his team have given us since day one. Andrew is very committed and client focused, very supportive of what we asked and have given us excellent performances. I very much recommended Andrew and his Harcourt Team to anyone. Andrew’s reliability has given us so much satisfaction after selling our house. Thank Andrew for helping us.
Very good experience with harcourts Blacktown.Andrew has an excellent knowledge to deal with his customers.
For months before listing my property with Harcourts I was unsure which of two agents I should choose but when decision time came I reminded myself that Andrew had been the one that kept in regular contact and had impressed with his track record and understanding of the market in my area. Having made the decision and deciding to go to Auction with Andrew's judgement backing up my own feeling that was the most likely chance for the best outcome, Unfortunately, only days before the Auction, news that yet another interest rate rise was very much on the cards in the very short term and the fear of that was played out and the property had to be passed in on auction day. Undaunted, Andrew and his sales & office staff worked tirelessly with highest bidders and new interested parties to secure a result which was down on expectations but I was perfectly happy to accept. Overall, I can only say that my sale coincided with a slight dip in buyer confidence due to the fear of further interest rate rises which did eventuate but all through the process I was informed by Andrew of the market sentiment and regardless of well founded estimates, in the end the old saying that the property is only worth what people are prepared to pay at the time came true. My recommendation would be that Andrew Chrysanthou and his team are a very professional outfit with a mantra to do the very best they can for their clients.
All to easy from start to finish and everything in-between Lots of knowledge and advise put our mind at ease throughout our selling experience Will not hesitate to recommend Andrew and Chris and the whole Harcourts team
