Andrew worked with us throughout the preparation and selling process. He kindly helped us managed the cosmetics works needed and made it a smooth process and saved us time finding and organising the tradies. The apartment was sold quickly with reasonable price. We are happy with the outcome and would recommend his service.
Andrew sort out the sale process in extreme confidence and knowledge and I was lucky that he managed the sale in excellent professional way

Andrew is the only agent I’d deal with, bought and sold from him and his team. They go the extra mile, communication is A+, service is even better, helps out in every aspect and just makes it so simple and trouble free. Highly recommended, great bloke, great team. Thank you, thank you and can’t wait for the next time. Hats off to all.
Andrew will move heaven and earth to not only sell your property but to ensure you are educated properly before any decisions need to be made. The whole team is great
Supportive and Professional. Andrew was an excellent operator and provided an impressive presentation about how he would manage the sale of my property. He is supportive and kept me informed despite me being interstate. I always felt like I knew what was happening and when something happened, I was informed immediately in writing. Steven also managed my property and was informative and helpful with the needs of the Tennant's and my own. I was very happy working with him as he guided me through everything I needed to make the property work.
Andrew and the team have a thorough understanding of the market. They provided a a professional advice throughout the sale period, which assisted us in making informed decisions and consequently selling the property in such a short time frame.
