Good but very long negotiations

I would like to say that Andrew Chrysanthou is professional and acted in an ethical and courteous manner when dealing with him in regards to purchasing our properties. We think what made him different from other estate agent was that he was not pushy or putting pressure on us in doing our transaction. Most other Realty were quite a bully and that what made us realise that Andrew was not in a hurry to sell if he did not get the right buyer for his client. Andrew went above and beyond (answering to our calls late in the evening) and explained everything step by step what needed to be done. We had peace of mind knowing that Andrew Chrysanthou was not only working for his client but also looking out for us. We have saved Andrew's number for when we want to buy another property in future.
