Mr. Chrysanthou's knowledge & experience in the local real estate field enabled us to both acquire the property a few years ago, and then proceed to sell it successfully this April at the price we were looking to sell at. My husband and I highly recommend Harcourts Blacktown, Andrew and Vince to handle property sales due to their commitment to their clients and achievements that surpass expectations. Thanks gents, we will be in contact when purchasing a new home soon! Regards, Zaina & Atallah Batshon

“I can’t speak highly enough of Andrew Chrysanthou. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected.” Highly recommended!! We thank you.

Can not be happier with Andrew and his teams efforts in selling my home. I was consistently updated with open home inspections and results. We had a record number of people registered for the auction and got way over our reserve will definately recommend Andrew and his team to family and friends.

Friendly helpful with local markets knowledge.

Andrew is good at communication and giving a good picture of the whole market, he has gained extensive knowledge about the local area and being professional on presenting the property and making auctions. We are satisfied with the communications with him and the sales strategies he incorporated into the deal. Generally speaking, he will be a great recommended agent if you want to sell your properties.

Andrew was great to deal with, obviously had done his research for the initial appraisal and marketing. Got loads of interest in the property and sold quickly, he was always contactable and if busy would still call back in a couple of minutes Highly recommended

I have known Andrew for over 25 years having purchased my first home through the agency way back then. I found him then to be very professional and more importantly, extremely knowledgeable about the area I was looking to move into. Over the years I have purchased more properties for investment and I use Andrews business Harcourts Blacktown to look after these tenancies. Recently I decided to take advantage of the current market housing boom and sold one investment property using Andrew again. We agreed on a price range, in writing and it was sold as per this agreement. In approx 6 weeks. No fuss, no hassle, very professional and I would highly recommend Andrew Chrysanthou and the team at Harcourts Blacktown.

Adrew was an absolute professional to deal with in the sale of my property from start to finish. He has a solid knowledge realestate, buyer trends and what it takes to market and follow through. Brilliant communication with me at least 2 updates or more every week. In the end, it was a short 5-week campaine that SOLD at Auction. Thank you, Andrew and His Whole Team Absolute competent professional...

Andrew is at the top of his game with wealth of Market knowledge!I would highly recommend him because of his professionalism, reliability, exceptional service and marketing skill. He and his team are approachable and are always available to assist.

I cannot thank you enough as your fruitless efforts, professionalism and your genuine kindness which have helped truly transform the lives of me and my family. i'm sure you must hear this a lot from your other clients, but you really are the best in business and we not only appreciate your work but also the compassion with which you do it. looking forward to many more occasions to celebrate. best wishes
