Wanted 60 days settlement which we allowed come 60 days the vendor still haven’t vacated the property. No communication whatsoever I have been chasing these people and they can’t be bothered.
I am very pleased by the way Andrew Cruickshank from First National Westwood handled the property negotiations with the Vendor, he was quick in communicating with both the parties and managed to close the property sale quite quickly with his experience in the property market and negotiation skills by keeping in view that both the parties were happy with the outcome. However, I was little unhappy with the way the property handover was given of by others at the agency. It was done in a rushed manner, I did not even get the complete house keys, half of the keys given were not even working for any locks at the property, the pool was supposed to be clean before the handover, but it was not taken care of during handover and I ended up paying for all these things from my own pocket. At least when the property is handed over to the client the agent should inform and handover complete information as to what is given and what is missing, so that the client don't have to discover all these things post settlement.
