I have known Andrew for many years and have always found him to be a most geniune person I could not have asked for anymore in the sale of my property Communication was second to none and Andrew made the experience stress free I would highly recommend Andrew and all his colleagues at Westwood Real Estate

Andrew is a fantastic, thorough, honest and knowledgeable agent. We as a family are very pleased with the outcome of his services.

I first met Andrew through the purchase of a property, i then used him to sell the same property and a subsequent property. I kept going back because of Andrews integrity (a rare thing in the real estate world). He is knowledgeable and honest, on top of being a nice person. His team were also amazing, including Eugene and Harry who also could not do enough to be helpful. I would happily recommend Andrew or any of his team to anyone looking to sell. It truly is a pleasure to find agents of this caliber within the real estate industry.

Andrew was incredible during the sale of our home. He gave us a high appraisal (which is why we chose him), but then he delivered on his promise and got us the price he said he would within a month of being in the market. He kept us up to date and informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with - I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a house in the Werribee area.

Andrew is a very well presented agent, with alot of knowledge about the current housing market. He was able to answer all of our questions and lead us into the direction of purchasing our new property through him. I recommend Andrew to whoever is out there looking to get into the market. He will certainly impress with his wisdom and knowledge. Thanks for everything Andrew.

Bent over backwards to get us the info we needed and did all the running around and definitely went above and beyond what we expected

We chose Andrew Cruikshank to handle the sale of our Dad's home. Together with Rob Westwood we found them very approachable, easy to understand in explaining the process of selling a home very clearly. Andrew understood the emotion involved in selling this home. Andrew kept regular contact with us during the weeks leading up to the auction day. After each open day we were sent a text message advising how many groups had been through the home usually followed by a call from Andrew letting us know if he thought there were any were serious buyers. At no stage did we ever feel pushed into making decisions that we were not happy with. Auction day went better than expected by exceeding our reserve. We highly recommend Andrew Cruikshank and Westwood First National, Werribee.

Andrew was great, his professional attitude and communication gave me great confidence in his ability to get the best price for us. Well the price exceeded my expectation. Great stuff Andrew, your assistance and guidance was appreciated. Cheers Greg

We engaged Andrew for the sale of our property. Andrew's knowledge of the market is excellent and the plan to sell was well thought out. He kept us informed all the way through the sale process negotiated a great outcome with the sale. Throughly recommend Andrew

We found Andrew to be reliable, honest and trustworthy agent when selling our home up until the time the contract was signed. We then felt he didn't feel he was responsible for deposit collection and miss informed us when asked was the deposit paid. We also feel Andrew would have been comfortable with selling the property at a lower price more than $10,000 lower than the actual selling price. The agent failed in receiving of deposits which resulted in an after auction contract being lost. The home had to be re-advertised when another purchaser was found again the deposit wasn't fully paid as per contract. We the sellers followed up with Andrew three times and the deposit still was not fully paid until another agent took over (seemed like Andrew had lost interest) and the purchasers were advised legally that they were in default for not paying deposit as required on the contract. The purchasers fully paid the deposit two weeks before settlement. In essence the house was sold twice because deposits were not received properly. When we followed up with the second agent we were told that Agents are not debt collectors, no they are not, but they are the receiving point of deposits. We have bought and sold previously with other agents and never had these issues. What do you think?
