The property we were selling had been on the market for a very long time to due to breach of settlement with another agent. After a period of time i decided to change agents and give a local agent an opportunity to sell the property.
When i first met Andrew i had another agent planned to meet at the property later in the day but was so impressed that i organized for the other agent to be cancelled and went with Andrew. Before i even met Andrew and just from the 1 phone call we had to organize a time to meet at the property Andrew organized confirmation emails and texts, a pack with local information sent to my house and he called me to confirm that i had received everything prior to us even meeting.
When we met he had already done extensive work about the properties history and local information which would support selling the house. He was well prepared and very confident and knowledgeable about the local market and the factors affecting sales.
I was impressed with his presentation in which he in detail outline the selling strategy, the timeline in which each facet would occur and the times and manner he would communicate any relevant information. Too Andrews word he delivered everything he said he would when he said he would and in a very professional manner.
I gave Andrew 6 weeks to sell the house and he sold it in 3 weeks at a price i was very satisfied with which is amazing considering it had been on the market previously for approx 9months.
