Andrew was a tremendous agent for the sale of our house at 10 Parkside Street. He was amenable to every challenge that we put in front of him and he communicated with us exceptionally well, including a four-week period while we were overseas. He was always courteous in his dealings with us, and conducted the OFIs in the most professional of manners, while being accommodating to all of our needs and wants. Andrew and Errol Driver combined to deliver us a sale price that was well above our reserve price on the auction day when multiple buyers turned up to bid for our property.
