I met Toby first when looking at Arpartments in the Rivervale area. He listened to what I wanted and came and did an appraisal on the property my son and I owned in Kingsley. It needed some work done but was never judgemental. They were a few delays on getting the house on the market due to me, Toby was patient and guided me through it all.
