I met Toby first when looking at Arpartments in the Rivervale area. He listened to what I wanted and came and did an appraisal on the property my son and I owned in Kingsley. It needed some work done but was never judgemental. They were a few delays on getting the house on the market due to me, Toby was patient and guided me through it all. Everyone who lived in Kingsley tried to get me to use a local agent but I trusted Toby. It took a year from when I first started and with 1 weekend home opening it was sold above asking price.
