What to say, everything was spot on, with marketing, drew a good crowd, got a great price, there were only a couple of minor things we didn't see eye to eye on but we trusted Andrew and he came through.

Comfortably took control of the sale, kept me informed but took the responsibility for the property and made the sale process very easy, other than mow the lawn and clean a little, very little else needed to be done. I appreciated this as I was very busy. Property was well dressed and the sale sign highly visible, latest available in lighting etc. Andrew was always easy to contact, after hours also, communicates well and customer satisfaction was a priority. I would use Hocking Stuart again following this experience.
