My husband and I had high expectations for the sale, we had a set budget and price for the sale and we were not in a rush, so we weren't going to take the first offer we received. We first met Andrew Magro from Harcourts at least 12 months ago when we first started researching sales of properties in the area. We instantly took a shine to Andrew as he was relaxed, interested, friendly, but not at all pushy. We explained to him where we were at, just looking at the market but not yet ready to sell. Andrew acknowledged this, but offered to come around for a chat. We did this, and were met with a guy who was interested, knowledgeable and helpful. We saw Andrew a few times over the next few weeks as we attended auctions in the area. We were impressed with this young man. Over the next few months, we received a few calls from Andrew, not pushy, just following us up and offering his assistance.
