He also gave me much useful help and advice to help me through the complexities of packing up and moving to a new place. Although the market is currently very slack, he found me a reliable and considerate buyer offering a reasonable price - and within a fairly short time so that I did not lose the downsizing retirement unit that I had already chosen.
