We have consulted with Jarrah several times over the years for Real Estate advice so naturally called on him recently to sell our house. Jarrah and his team were responsive, well informed and great communicators. We successfully sold our home and highly recommend the team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with the service Jarrah provided in selling our property. From the very beginning, Jarrah was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and we always felt confident that our best interests were the top priority. Jarrah’s market insight, attention to detail, and negotiation skills resulted in a fantastic outcome for us. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and we would not hesitate to recommend Jarrah to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you for an outstanding result

I had a great experience dealing with Jarrah from Harrison’s Agents when purchasing my block in Swan Bay. From the initial enquiry through to settlement, the process was handled professionally and transparently. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered honestly and thoroughly. Their local knowledge of the Swan Bay area was invaluable and made the whole buying process straightforward and stress-free. I would confidently recommend Jarrah and his team to anyone looking to buy property in the area.

Michael persevered with selling out block despite difficult conditions. Kept us well informed and was a very good communicator.

From our first meeting, Michael impressed us with his professionalism, welcoming nature, knowledge and friendly approach. We met with 4 other agents to choose from for the sale of our home, but Michael was very clearly the one we were going to go with. His communication throughout the entire campaign of selling our property was excellent, he kept in contact every 2-3 days, sometimes daily, keeping us up to date and informed. What we like about Michael is that he is honest, he doesn’t play games and he respectfully tells it like it is. Michael’s approach makes it feel like you are dealing with a very knowledgeable friend. Michael achieved a suburb record for the sale of our home within 4 weeks of being on the market, and we were very pleased with the final result. He was always early or right on time, nothing was ever too much bother, he would contact us when he said he was going to and followed up with all interested buyers. Michael surpassed our expectations of what we wanted from an agent on many levels, ensuring furniture was put away if it was windy, setting up for an open home was done with care and precision, he even brought our bins in for us. We have already highly recommended Michael to other people selling their homes and implore you to choose Michael as your agent, you won’t be disappointed. He is excellent.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Michael! He was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. Made the whole process easy and stress-free — couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks again for your amazing service Michael.
