We have contacted Andrew Reibelt in 2012 after we had tried with several other agents to sell our house at 78 King St Woody Point for a period of 4 month. Andrew applied all his professionalism and skills and was able to come up with a buyer with in 4 weeks. The whole team worked hard an and we had at least between 3 to 4 times inspections every week. Although the market was flat at the time, however, they achieved a satisfactory outcome.Thereafter we moved to Mango Hill, where we bought our current residence from a developer and in 2014 we started to construct a new dwelling on a block of land we had purchased in 2011. We then thought it would be better to use a local agent from North Lakes, however, this turned out to be the biggest disappointment and very stressful as they were unable to produce a single offer during almost 4 month. We then contacted Andrew again after we had terminated the contract with the other agent. We noticed that Andrew took on the task with a totally different approach and he worked incredibly hard, very often until late at night taking buyers through and reporting to us. To our surprise, he turned up after only 4 weeks and put two offers on our dining table. Obviously, we choose the best offer not just because of the price, also much better terms and conditions. Andrew took over from the other agent just before Christmas and the holiday period, The house settled on the 28. February 2015.
