was realistic from start got me my price for had one agent qute me 10k less and want almost twice the commision, i would hve been out of pocket 13k if i went with them and may not have got quick sale . ballarat had average 90day sale time andy sold mine over xmas period when everyones on holiday in 50 day , every week cost me 200 to hold house so , time was money ,and on top of that he is a good knock about guy , thanks good work
