In this day n age customer service, response time, respect, kindness, professionalism, market knowledge, experience n understanding of people n their unique lifestyle are far divorced from the reality that many people live in n when they reaching out to find out about the possibility of purchasing a solid investment. The most frustrating thing I always deal with is when people have zero empathy for FIFO workers n the unique situation they find themselves in; up at 0345 and back in their rooms around 1830 with zero reception between these hours over 2 weeks for 2/3 of a year.
