Anna Gabites is one of the most professional agents I have ever known and a pleasure to work with. Over the time of selling our place, Anna has been a breath of fresh air. Selling our home I would not hesitate recommending Anna. Throughout the entire selling process, Anna was caring, creative, conscientious and motivated. Her work-ethic are extraordinary. She was easy to stay in contact with and would return emails and phone calls promptly. Often I would send her a text in the late hours and receive an immediate reply. What a nice change. Anna is a real estate agent who sets the bar high and works tirelesly towards that goal. We were very impressed by Anna every step of the selling process and can't recommend her highly enough.
I found Anna to be great to deal with. She was flexible and listened to what we wanted but at the same time provided professional opinions. To be honest, she has been the best agent we have ever dealt with. I think this is because she wasn't pretentious of full of self appraisal regarding herself. Therefore she made us feel comfortable to say anything and express our wants. She called back after hours and responded quickly when we needed it. She was also honest (which is a rare trait these days to find in agents). I think our property was underestimated though and in the end we got well above what they originally suggested for the sale of our house ( as suggested in conjunction with opinions from Craig- her boss). Not sure if this was to get a quick sale on their behalf or our behalf. We knew we would get a lot more dollars from the sale than what they originally suggested. Anna is good at her job and goes out of her way to be attentive to your needs. I would deal with Anna anytime, but only Anna from Cutcliffe. She won our trust. Thank you Anna.
