Anna-Marie is a very lovely and patient agent. She is doing very well in her job. She is always helpful if we need to ask some questions regarding to the application. It was very nice to meet her and we really appreciate her time and help a lot.
Was very prompt in the initial query. Was professional in chasing up all leads and filtered out the unrealistic offers. I wasn't as happy with the final sale price (not through fault of agent) but with her colleague Simon worked very hard to come to a reasonable price for both myself as a seller and the buyer. It took a while to sell but it is a bad economy and a tough market. Once the final buyer offered his price, I swung by the office to sign the O&A with a counter-offer. I got home, didn't even have time to make a coffee and got a call that the buyer has signed off, wow! I concur with the other positive reviews on this webpage. If I had to summarise Anna-Marie and Simon... professional, strikes whenever the iron is hot, worth sitting down with them, listening and talking to them before deciding on an agent.

Couldn't have asked for a more professional yet compassionate sales agent. I was selling my house due to hardship and Anna-Marie made everything so easy from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend anyone selling their house to use this agent.
My experience buying my first home was nothing short of stressful and uncomfortable. Whilst showing my parents the house during a scheduled home opening, Anna-Marie was loud, rude, continuously trying to talk over my father whilst asking questions (which I had to tell Anna-Marie to stop talking and listen). We were lied to when asked if the house had been broken in to since it was vacated and we were told it was not (it was clearly evident at the time it had been and I have since been told by a neighbour it had been). I would have to fight tooth and nail to get access to the house to get an independent building inspection done. The house was a repossession and was being purchased "as is" - but having to fight to ensure the house I'm purchasing is fundamentally sound was horrible. When trying to get access to the house to check gas/water/electricity was all working we had to reschedule numerous times as Anna-Marie was never keen to do it past 5pm - this came across as lazy and not wanting to go the extra mile after hours. Even after settlement, we were never sent any welcoming or thank you gifts, even my mortgage broker gave me a bottle of wine & thank you letter - all I got was a survey from Anna-Marie! I had to pick up the keys to my first home from her receptionist, Hayley, who I must say was absolutely lovely. All I can say is thankfully I won't have to deal with Anna-Marie again.
