Anna was a joy to work with and really helped make the sale a reality. She controlled thr process very professionally, organising the "Opens" with flowers in the house and ensuring everything was presented impeccably. Her reporting was very thorough and she kept in contact throughout the process. She chose an excellent photographer who showed the best possible views of the house. We also met with the Auctioneer to plan strategies on the day. I would highly recommend Anna to everyone, she was an excellent agent. In hind sight however the option of accepting a pre-auction offer should have been taken, it's hard not to be greedy!

I was very impressed with Anna's enthusiasm throughout the 10 week campaign. I was also very impressed that she conducted both Saturday AND Sunday open inspections. From past experience, most agents do not offer this service. Her feedback to me from prospective buyers was also very valuable. The units took a little longer to sell than expected due to being located on a busy road but in the end, Anna achieved our asking price for both units.
