About Annalies

As a licensed real estate agent, I support homeowners across Cairns’ northern beaches to sell with clarity, strong preparation, and a steady hand throughout the entire campaign. Living in Cairns since 2005 has given me deep, practical knowledge of the local beachside suburbs, including Trinity Park, Trinity Beach and Kewarra Beach. That local insight is backed by hands-on property experience. The first property I bought was at age 22. Becoming a landlord at 24 and renovating houses and units over the years has given me a clear sense of which upgrades are worth doing. I know how to position a home so it feels compelling from the first inspection. My pricing advice is always evidence-based. Recent comparable sales, current buyer demand, and live market feedback guide my strategy from day one, keeping expectations realistic and preventing campaigns from losing momentum. Working with people across all stages of life is a key strength, from first-home sellers to downsizers and retirees. My approach keeps home sellers supported and buyers comfortable enough to engage openly and honestly. With a background in sales and International Business, negotiation has always been part of my skill set. My focus is always on understanding buyer motivation, communicating a home's value clearly, and guiding negotiations toward an outcome that supports your goals without pressure. When timelines matter, including short campaigns or settlement periods, strong results remain the priority. A genuine point of difference is my hands-on approach. Support extends beyond advice, including coordinating trades, landscaping, maintenance, cleaning, and presentation, as well as organising materials and contractors for minor renovations that boost buyer appeal and reduce stress. An extensive local trades network helps keep everything moving efficiently, both before the campaign and through to contract conditions if required. Many clients are also based interstate, so clear communication and reliable follow-through are standard. My experience is not limited to houses. My background with Management Rights and property management has built strong capabilities in apartments, villas, and strata-titled complexes, including Body Corporate, committee processes, building issues, and cost management. For sellers with tenanted properties, detailed knowledge of tenancy legislation and tenant communication helps ensure open homes and inspections run smoothly. If you are considering selling your Cairns property in the near future, I am here for you, anytime. I'm always happy to take your call. Feel free to reach out, the office is just around the corner, and any questions about homes, selling or the local community are always welcome. Come in and see me, call or email anytime. Buyer of House - Trinity Beach

we recently purchased our first property through Annalies... from the first inspection right through to settlement Annalies was excellent to deal with ... her recommendations for legal services and inspections was excellent and Annalies was happy to go the extra mile guiding us along all the back n forth communications between seller / broker and legal services ... from a sellers perspective Annalies took it upon herself to maintain the property by doing lawns and yard work ... highly recommend
