Becoming a landlord at 24 and renovating houses and units over the years has given me a clear sense of which upgrades are worth doing. With a background in sales and International Business, negotiation has always been part of my skill set. My focus is always on understanding buyer motivation, communicating a home's value clearly, and guiding negotiations toward an outcome that supports your goals without pressure. When timelines matter, including short campaigns or settlement periods, strong results remain the priority. A genuine point of difference is my hands-on approach. Support extends beyond advice, including coordinating trades, landscaping, maintenance, cleaning, and presentation, as well as organising materials and contractors for minor renovations that boost buyer appeal and reduce stress. An extensive local trades network helps keep everything moving efficiently, both before the campaign and through to contract conditions if required. Many clients are also based interstate, so clear communication and reliable follow-through are standard. My experience is not limited to houses. My background with Management Rights and property management has built strong capabilities in apartments, villas, and strata-titled complexes, including Body Corporate, committee processes, building issues, and cost management. we recently purchased our first property through Annalies... from the first inspection right through to settlement Annalies was excellent to deal with ... her recommendations for legal services and inspections was excellent and Annalies was happy to go the extra mile guiding us along all the back n forth communications between seller / broker and legal services ... from a sellers perspective Annalies took it upon herself to maintain the property by doing lawns and yard work ... highly recommend
