It has been a long time since we have been in the "property market" and it has been a pleasure to have come across Anna-Marie and Mark. They have been a wealth of information and patience with no shortage of helpful advice and assistance. It's nice dealing with nice people.
Our property was placed on the market with Anna-Marie Edwy-Smith, March 2015, but due a steady economic downturn in WA over the ensuing months and an increase in homes being offered for sale, we were compelled to follow the market trend and decrease our home sale price. We had regular contact with Anna-Marie and we decided not continue with home opens, instead have Agent only openings for a period of time until early 2016, as home opens were returning very little traffic. I believe it was around mid-year Mark Edwy-Smith took over the majority of the sales duties relating to our property, he eventually sold he property for us. It is not my intention to be critical of Mark's experience or his abilities, but both my wife and I feel Anna-Marie's all round inter-personal people skills may have secured a sale perhaps a little sooner, that of course, will always remain an unknown. Anyway a number of people told us to change agents, try something fresh, we always believed the economic climate and general apathy towards home buying were the cause. We were eventually rewarded in securing the sale in October, 2016, I imagine it was as much a relief for both Anna-Marie and Mark as it was for us to finally close the chapter.
