Upon meeting Annique, I was hesitant at first due to my personal situation. I had previously gone with another agency to sell my home but chose otherwise as the was just something about Annique and the way she presented herself Throughout the hectic and sometimes trialling process of my house being on the market, Annique was gracious, consistent, courteous, caring and just so easy to talk to. She was very patient with the troubles i had and always made sure she did whatever she could to help me in my situation and for that i am so unbelievably grateful. She was not only great on a professional level, but she is also now someone I would love to continue a friendship with. Annique was a lovely friendly lady Fromm the start, My son and daughter went to look at this particular house for as I do Fifo and was at work, Annique met them there and my daughter also took my 2 little granddaughters with her, Annique had color pencils puzzle and colouring books for my little granddaughters which meant my daughter could concentrate on looking at the house which I thought was lovely. I found Annique to be very happy and knowledgeable and was very happy to accomodate me when I flew home from work, I was very happy to move into my new home and was left a lovely hamper.
