What I liked initially about Annissa was that I knew I would buy a house she was selling in a heartbeat. She has that trusting, knowledgable, engaging manner that makes you know if she says it's right then it is. So I asked her to sell my house and she did, but she did more than that - she handled my stress, my queries, my concerns at each step. I felt like mine was the only house she was selling. Of course, everyone in this town speaks so highly of her work, but selling my home after all these years was hard. Annissa was frank and friendly - she told me what I needed to do to make those extra $ (which I did, and I did make many extra $ from what other agents suggested). If I ever sell a house again I will try my hardest to engage Annissa, whichever agency she is working with.
