Working with Natalie Fagan has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. She is professional, warm, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. Her communication was always timely and clear, and she went above and beyond to make every step of the process feel effortless and well-managed. Natalie brought a calm confidence and strategic approach that instantly put me at ease. She understood the market, provided thoughtful advice, and handled every detail with care. What stood out most was her integrity and the way she balanced professionalism with a personal, human touch. If you’re looking for an agent who is honest, attentive, and truly outstanding at what she does, I can’t recommend Natalie enough. She is absolutely a 5-star agent and a pleasure to work with.

We recently purchased a property with Tom as the seller's agent. He was very personable at the inspection and during follow up contact. He always responded to our questions very quickly, which was much appreciated and provided us with honest feedback for our offer making process. We would think future sellers would be happy with his knowledge in the area, and buyers will get an honest, upfront and personable agent to deal with.

Rae was amazing as our agent helping us sell this property. The market in the area was very slow and our property was on the market for a long time, but Rae never gave up. She was always bright and enthusiastic and very helpful, and eventually we got a sale. We bought this property through Rae about 15 years ago, and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Gary came into our home mid reno and had the foresight to see the potential for our little home. He was with us every step of the way and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Gary as a Real Estate Agent!
