A real estate agent needs to be a professional a good salesperson, an analyst, a transparent consultant, a strong negotiator, and a Market specialist. Skip posses all these things and more importantly he has a very likeable character , he is tenacious and determined. This was not a property that easily sold itself, Skip had to work hard, persevere, seperate the wheat from the chaff as well as handle difficult time wasters. I would have no hesitation in recommending Skip as your agent if you are looking for an agent that possesses the drive to do what you want him to do, has your best interest at heart throughout the process, and who is easily and readily contactable , who listens to you, who can pivot, and who can soothe any anxieties you may have along the way.
