A real estate agent needs to be a professional a good salesperson, an analyst, a transparent consultant, a strong negotiator, and a Market specialist. Skip posses all these things and more importantly he has a very likeable character , he is tenacious and determined. This was not a property that easily sold itself, Skip had to work hard, persevere, seperate the wheat from the chaff as well as handle difficult time wasters.
