A huge thank you to Aramis and the rest of the friendly team at Bill Knaggs Real Estate for expertly selling our house at 31 Gawul Circuit Corlette. The professionalism of Aramis along with his honesty and integrity is to be applauded, as well as his caring attitude and excellent service. This is the second house he has sold for us, and because of this, plus his knowledge of the area and real estate skills, we highly recommended him.
My experience with Aramis as our selling agent has been outstanding. He has been well organised, respectful and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and commitment to achieving the best outcome. It was clear from the onset that Aramis was an experienced agent & him having grown up in the local area was also an advantage. His communication skills and professionalism were exceptional throughout the whole process.
We believed that as they sell more property in Fingal Bay, Aramis, Bill and their team had a greater knowledge of the market than others. An uncomplicated sale was what we wanted and that's what they delivered helped by the fact that their Property Manager Keri was managing our property..
Aramis always acts with integrity and provides honest and realistic advice. He communicates well and ensured we were always kept up to date with the sale. Aramis is always available to answer any questions that arise, is always friendly and is incredibly easy to get along with due to his cheerful and laid back personality. I would highly recommend him as a personable and trustworthy agent and will not hesitate to use him in the future.
Aramis has been an exceptional agent from the word go - whether it was my last minute inspection request, numerous questions and more than a few phone calls along the way - he was more than happy to assist at every point. His guidance and advice was second to none - more often than not above and beyond what is required of an agent - and it certainly made the buying journey much easier for me. Id recommend him to anyone wanting to buy in the region - an extremely experienced and knowledgeable professional - and a great guy to go with it !
Aramis and the team and Bill Knaggs put together a comprehensive sales plan and market appraisal for our property. Aramis was great to deal with, listening to our needs and providing excellent advice on how to prepare and market our home to achieve the best outcome. Communication was great throughout. We had every confidence in Aramis and Kim. They exceeded our expectations and sold our house off their database prior to advertising, achieving a very fair price and stress fee transaction for all concerned. We highly recommend Aramis, Kim and the Bill Knaggs team whether you are selling or buying.
Amaris was exceptional to work with would definitely recommend him inn the future.
We are very happy to supply this testimonial for Aramis Pincovai. From the time we first met Aramis he has been attentive, knowledgeable and very importantly not ‘pushy’. He has provided information about the property we purchased promptly when we requested it. He would give us updates and contact us regularly but not so much as to be a nuisance. He always was polite and professional and we would not hesitate to use him for our future real estate dealings.
We cannot recommend Aramis and Bill Knaggs real estate highly enough, outstanding service in both the selling of our property and the the purchase of our new home ,Aramis was always available to answer any questions we had and made the whole experience worthwhile
I recently bought a home through Aramis. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. I would highly recommend Aramis to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in Port Stephens.
My experience with Aramis was always conducted promptly and professionally even when he was on annual leave. I instructed him of my requirements and he delivered accordingly. I would definitely recommend Aramis and the team at Bill Knaggs Realestate.
Aramis was the perfect agent to sell our property. He was honest, reliable and provided great feedback to ensure we got the best price for our property in the current market. His knowledge of properties, sales and market trends in the Port Stephens area sets him apart from other agencies, this is why we have used Aramis and the Bill Knaggs Real Estate team for 3 separate house sales now.
