As a seller it is important to research recent sales in the area and if it wasn’t for a flyer in our letter box from Bill Knaggs Real Estate, we probably wouldn’t have had them shortlisted. His vision wasn’t only limited to investors with a renovate and sell attitude but how the property could be marketed to different type of buyers. It is also important to note that Bill Knaggs Real Estate is a smaller real estate agency in the Port Stephens area, however, this tends to lead to a more personalised touch and we never felt it was just another property on the real estate agents list.

We put Aramis to the test when we gave him 5 working days to come up with a home that matched our requirements.
