Aramis has been great to work with from our preliminary evaluation of the property right through to the sale. As a seller it is important to research recent sales in the area and if it wasn’t for a flyer in our letter box from Bill Knaggs Real Estate, we probably wouldn’t have had them shortlisted. It soon became apparent that Aramis had a personal touch and his price evaluation of the property was $100K more than other agents. His vision wasn’t only limited to investors with a renovate and sell attitude but how the property could be marketed to different type of buyers. In the end, we were very happy with our sale price and the property was on the market for only a short period of time. It is also important to note that Bill Knaggs Real Estate is a smaller real estate agency in the Port Stephens area, however, this tends to lead to a more personalised touch and we never felt it was just another property on the real estate agents list.
