Aramis is a thoroughly professional agent with the interests of us, as vendors, paramount. He is not ego driven. He strove to obtain the best result for us. His experience and knowledge belies his youthful years. He was fully appraised of the volatile market conditions we were selling in. He kept us informed as to what was happening with our sale, without prompting. His overall communication was excellent. We are more than pleased by the ultimate outcome and the experience in working with Aramis. Aramis was well supported by the whole Bill Knaggs Real Estate team; Bill Knaggs, Kim Westacott and Tayla Chugg. We have no hesitation in recommending Aramis as a personable and professional real estate agent.
Aramis made the whole experience easy, even when there were the usual hiccups! Easy to work with and a great communicator.
As recent buyers we found Aramis acted in a helpful, professional and friendly manner in all our dealings with him. He was always cognisant of our needs and kept us well informed of the local house and land market. Our business dealings with him were conducted speedily and efficiently and we would have no hesitation in availing ourselves of his services in the future.
We were very glad we chose Aramis to sell our house. His market review for our property was accurate and he achieved a great price for our property. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always available.
Aramis made our purchase of 4 Garuwa Street a seamless exercise. We appreciated his honest and upfront nature throughout the transaction. He had very sound knowledge of the property and the area. He was very professional to deal with and responded promptly to any queries or requests to view (multiple times!) the property. We would highly recommend him as an agent.
Thank you Aramis for selling us our beautiful new home. We can beyond any doubt attribute our purchasing success to you. You constantly provided information and feedback, encouraged us to step outside our comfort zone In the unusual EOI purchasing environment and put our best foot forward which ultimately led to us being the successful purchaser. You kept lines of communication open at all times, afforded us your valuable time to look through the property on several occasions, and even met us on your day off so we could take photos of the sold sign going on! Anyone in the house buying market will be lucky to have you, as their guide and cheer leader!
Aramis had excellent market knowledge and behaved in a very professional manner
