very pleased with the sale of my property

Archie was not the agent we first employed it was one of his staff who subsequently resigned a few weeks after we listed with Harcourts. But Archie stepped in and took on the showing of the house and the auction which went very successfully and we sold on the day - so a good outcome after a rocky start.

Archie was attentive and made sure I was kept informed about the progress of my campaign. In a very competitive industry he seems to be one of the more genuine operators.

We used Barry Plant Wantirna to sale our house originally in September....we were very disappointed with their performance and no sale or contract resulted in that campaign....after 2 months on the market we decided to take our property of the market, give it a rest and try again in the new year. In the process Sue Brown from Harcourt's Mt Waverly was guiding my husband and I and suggested we involve Archie in Wantirna office and herself to market out property. They advised us to put our property on the market again on the 16th of December which we did and Archie got us a signed contract on the 17th December...are we happy?? Yes we certainly are....we found Archie and his team professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend them!!!

A great team effort on the day which was the result of meticulous professional planning in the weeks leading up to auction day. Despite other local auctions being passed in during the previous week, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of interest and competiveness in the bidding on our Sunday auction.
