Archie Mantsos provided an excellent service as my agent during the sale of my property. It would be impossible to fault his process and knowledge of the market in this location. Archie outlined the whole process from start to finish, clearly and logically and provided details and examples of how he had managed other sales in the neighbourhood. After we accepted, he then executed that process, providing detailed communications throughout. There was no time where we felt that he was not in control, or that we were not part of the process. Selling is an extremely stressful time and communication is the best way to alleviate that stress - Archie provided that communication all the way through. I really did like the way that Archie managed the “open for inspections”, his manner and attention to detail were superb. Further to these, Archie also helped with the preparation of the property for sale, providing contacts (and sometimes managing) for any additional works required that we couldn’t undertake ourselves and for the use of a stylist to properly stage the house for presentation. it was pretty daunting having the task of wrapping up my mothers estate and selling her house , but Archie and the people at Harcourts real estate helped in so many ways . They arranged the removalists , the tradies and cleaners then the house sold prior to auction for very close to what i wanted ,even though i didnt really expect to get , i was very happily suprised ! cheers guys !!!
