Archie and his team Dean and Zoe, got our house onto the market very quickly as we requested because we had purchased a new property already. The meetings, photography, copyrighter and floor plans were all done on the same day in a precession of appointments that were timed like military precision. The initial discussions were clear, informative and made us feel that we had some extremely well connected real estate professionals working for us who were champions in the area. The journey took us through five weeks of displaying our house at its best. We took the advice and hired a stylist with some furniture, we really played our part in this partnership with Harcourts, producing a product that is appealing to all buyers and helped our sales people to be confident in there appraisal to their clients. This included de cluttering the entire house of anything personal, we were ruthless. It absolutely paid dividends. Archie did protect us from out of standard inspection time client visits, with kids and a fully functioning home we wanted to put an effort on every Saturday. Our eventual buyer viewed the house on the last inspection day, four weeks into the marketing process. We could have become complacent by then but we didn’t, every inspection counted. The figures speak for themselves, 150 groups, 80 requests for contracts, 8 bidders and 50k over reserve. I recall the little things, like Dean, within 20 minutes getting the sign board cord to me so I can illuminate it as the sun wasn’t doing its job via the solar panel. Zoe planning all the appointments with efficiency and accuracy with weekly reports and inspection times. Incidentally I used the services of both Dean and Chris for the auction of my new home at no cost to us. We were overseas at the time and on a whim we decided to purchase the new house. We contacted Dean and they purchased our house at Auction for less than budgeted. Ultimately a great job by Archie and his team.
