Ashleigh made buying my first home a positive, friendly experience that really took the stress out of an otherwise huge decision. She is friendly and knowledgeable and went out of her way to answer any questions I had, organise meetings and communicated everything clearly.

Ashleigh was very professional with the sale of the property and work very well together with the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill. The communication that Ashleigh and the team gave through weekly reports, phone calls and emails was fantastic. I have never had an agent that has worked so hard for the sale of a property. Ashleigh delivered both a sale price and a sales experience above my expectations. I highly recommend them and if the opportunity arises, using them again to sell or purchase another property.

Always fast to respond to queries, Ashleigh is friendly and helpful, with good knowledge of the local market.

Ashleigh was easy going, reliable and flexible in all of our dealings with her. As a buyer, you know that real estate agents are meant to keep the sellers interests as their priority. Ashleigh works hard to ensure both parties are smiling come settlement day. Thanks again Ash!

Ashleigh kept me Informed during the whole transaction, and was only a phone call away when I had needed questions answered. She took a pragmatic and fair approach to dealing with any issues that arose, and she belies her youth.

Ashleigh has been very professional. Great customer service with keep us inform regularly and get back to us within very short time frame. Ashleigh delivered great sale price which is within our expectation range and highest in the complex. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ashleigh was fantastic to work with. She had excellent knowledge of the market and her communication was professional and thorough.

The journey of becoming a homeowner is not the easiest, especially when this is your first time. Working with Ashleigh and Deanne made the process so much easier. They are so open and very helpful. They help to smooth the process and took a huge load of stress out of my shoulder. Communication has been so easy from start to end, answering my so many (annoying) questions in no time! The quality of their service and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill is above and beyond! I know I find my home and you helped me achieve this. A huge thank you! Ladies... you rock!!

Purchasing a townhouse is a big milestone and can be quite daunting when doing it as a single person. Not only does the property have to be a good fit but also the body corporate. My recent experience with Ashleigh as the selling agent was great. Ashleigh was professional and very supportive of the process that I needed to go through to make the decision to buy. Ashleigh followed up quickly on all queries and supplied as much information as possible and continues to support the process through to settlement. Thank you Ash for helping to make this a joyful experience for me.

I couldn't rate Ash more highly. I've had some really bad experiences with real estate agents in the past but Ash had my complete confidence and did an amazing job in selling my property. She is highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable and left no stone unturned in the sale and settlement process for my property. She was across everything which meant that I did not need to be - she gained my absolute trust and loyalty during this process by being commercial astute, highly competent at her job plus a very good communicator. I recommend anyone wanting great results to use Ash on the sale of their property.

Ash was very helpful and always able to accommodate time so building and pest inspection could be done. Overall it was a pretty good experience and the purchase of the property went well. Thanks, Ash and the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill

Ashleigh was not pushy, yet knowledgeable and a person of her word. Her immaculate presentation was overshadowed by her professionalism.
