Very realistic in her assessment off the market and guidance on pricing. Didn't inflate or set up unachievable expectations. Always kept us informed in terms of inspections and feedback on these ( important given we are interstate). Kept our costs low. We were all very happy as apartment was sold in a tricky market at the price we had agreed on at the beginning of signing with Ashleigh. Don't hesitate. She is a find as a real estate agent.

Ashleigh responded to enquiries and questions quickly and communicated effectively, I had some issue with building inspection, she acted quickly and got body corp report for me on the same day. Also kept me in the loop at each stage. Good communication skill and approachable.

Ashleigh has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very easy to get on with, comfortable to talk to, Has very high ethical standards and great integrity, Ash is mature and wise beyond her young years which gave us absolute trust. We know she worked hard for us and had our best interests at heart. I said to my husband if I had 10 houses to sell I would give them to Ash. Our mistake was not going with L J Hooker (e.g. Ashleigh) in the first place, it would have saved us months of stress. WE wish her well for a long and fruitful career in Real Estate. Warmest Regards
