Having never sold a house before I had no idea what I was getting into and how it all worked. After meeting with a few agents, some who never called or came back and were disinterested we went with Austin who was very enthusiastic. Austin helped us buy a large piece of land in the local area. We had been looking for a while and had had mixed results with different agents. Austin was upfront in what we needed to to do obtain the property and helped us do so. It was a change from the usual playing that comes with making offers. We had some interesting changes to contacts due to our bank and Austin was there every step of the way to work through to successful purchase with the vendor. It has been a good experience thus far.
