They went above and beyond helping us get the very best results When we encountered a hiccup they were right there stepping in to help us reach our desired outcome They walked every step of the way beside us to ensure our house would be market ready on our timeline We cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Louis Carr WPHills Thanks Dean and Jen you made a stressful time easier ❤️

We were impressed with the video description that was prepared for the sale. It created a picture of our home that we thought would be attractive to someone as a prospective buyer. There was always a concerted effort to keep us informed of developments as the sales process moved along. We thought we were dealt with honestly even when subjects that were not entirely to our liking. We respected that. We were not privy to the details of the negotiations held with the purchaser, but we were happy with the outcome. Therefore, we did not need to be a witness to what was said. We were very happy to have a settlement time of 20 weeks as we have to find our new home. By and large we felt that we were part of the decision making required through the selling journey. Our comments applied to William Carr as well. There were no delays in the final exchanges of contracts between us the purchaser. The system used was very effective. Thank you for being in the selling journey with us.

Jennifer Carr’s knowledge, commitment, communication and interpersonal skills are what makes her the best. If you are selling a house in West Pennant Hills and you don’t involve her in the sale, you seriously run the risk of finishing the campaign unsatisfied. Working with Jennifer and her team is simply a no brainer.

Jenny was great. She is communicative about what is happening and sold my house before it hit the market because of her extensive list of potential buyers.

If you want the Best. We found- Will and Jen Carr to be the BEST Real Estate Agents in West Penannt Hills, in the Hills District, The Sydney region, in fact the whole of Australia. They are very honest, very hardworking, very intelligent, and they have the answers to all the hardest questions. Our journey of selling our home - this most stressful period in one's life - was made so much easier because they stood by us, shoulder to shoulder, not feeding us exaggerations and untruths, but real leadership and expert guidance, something we truly appreciated and valued. This ultimately resulted in an amazing outcome that we could have dreamed of. We would also like to acknowledge the whole Louis Carr West Pennant Hills team also, without whom we would not have achieved such a magnificent result. In addition to their professional skills, Will and Jenny are genuinely kind and caring individuals. They intuitively understood our needs and concerns, making us feel valued and supported throughout the entire journey. If you are looking for real estate agents who possess a rare combination of hard work, honesty, integrity, intelligence, and compassion, and sheer determination these guys are the go to, we can't recommend highly enough.

Jenny was referred to us as this was a deceased estate house sale and both executors were from interstate or overseas. We did not know the Sydney market and were directed to Jenny. From the moment we met her it was clear she was highly competent and made us feel at ease with her selling the property. The house needed a lot of work to be ready for sale and with both of us being interstate or overseas, Jenny took the responsibility of arranging all trades people and carpet and flooring etc. She arranged the styling also. We could not have done it ourselves and the end result was breath-taking. The house was almost unrecognisable. Whilst sprucing the house up for sale was in her best interests as well to maximise sale price, I got the feeling she actually cared and had a passion for renovating the house more than merely a means to an end. Selling a house can be a pain but Jenny and her team made it as painless as possible and were highly professional and went above and beyond. Well done and thank you very much for what you did and the excellent price you obtained.

Jenny sold my property where other agents just would not put the time and effort to get the right buyer and both parties were happy and winners 🥇

Great experience. . Will, Jenny and team have provided us a great all round experience. They helped us understand the market as we were exploring new options. Advised on how to best present our house for sale and managed the sale exceptionally well. They have a strong pool of qualified buyers which helped sell our house in less that 1 week. We are very greatful for their approach and the outcome we achieved

Our experience with our real estate agent has been magnificent from start to the sale of our property. They kept us informed throughout the progress. They were efficient, reliable and had our interest at heart. Their whole team were professional and efficient. Would we do business with them again? Absolutely a BIG YES. Congratulations to you and your team and thank you for an awesome experience with you. Dr Esther Chang

Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. but it was a bit rush since many things happened at same time-Brian went to hospital on 8/11/24; bought a new unit and the deadline is 14/06 and we spent over one month and S$50 K to do renovation. It create a lot of headache to us.The settlement time 12 weeks is quite long.

Knowing the market, communicating with clients and having an air of professionalism is one thing, but what sets Jennifer apart is her genuine dedication to clients. Jennifer and her team (specifically son Will) not only know the market but have your interest at heart. They go above and beyond, ensuring that both buyers and sellers feel special and valued. Their approach to business isn't simply about transactions; it's about building community and trust. It's not only what they know that sets them apart but how they go about business that makes all the difference.

When you choose Jennifer, you know you are getting an agent that works for you, and not trying to just get a sale at any price. Unlike other real estate agents, you can expect Jennifer to give you guidance on the price and they work to get you that, rather than always conditioning you to accept anything so they can close the deal. Jennifer is not your typical agent and will provide you as the vendor solid advice and expectations all through the campaign. You can't go wrong in the Hills choosing Jennifer and Louis Carr.
