Jenny was referred to us as this was a deceased estate house sale and both executors were from interstate or overseas. We did not know the Sydney market and were directed to Jenny. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. but it was a bit rush since many things happened at same time-Brian went to hospital on 8/11/24; bought a new unit and the deadline is 14/06 and we spent over one month and S$50 K to do renovation. It create a lot of headache to us.The settlement time 12 weeks is quite long.
