We were impressed with the video description that was prepared for the sale. It created a picture of our home that we thought would be attractive to someone as a prospective buyer. There was always a concerted effort to keep us informed of developments as the sales process moved along. We thought we were dealt with honestly even when subjects that were not entirely to our liking. We respected that. We were not privy to the details of the negotiations held with the purchaser, but we were happy with the outcome. Therefore, we did not need to be a witness to what was said. We were very happy to have a settlement time of 20 weeks as we have to find our new home. By and large we felt that we were part of the decision making required through the selling journey.
